You Made Me Look a Fool
you made me look a fool
whilst claiming –
to offer me your hand
and –
i cannot –
keep hearing –
the defence –
of, ‘i just don’t understand’
if you do not understand things
isn’t it time you learnt?
you made look a fool
and as i was told
there was no malicious intent
but yet again we go down this road
and i wish it could be different
