In Your Anger
in your anger and hurt
you say i am lonely
it’s another strike –
aimed squarely at me
another attempt to hurt
hoping –
to dissipate the anger
but it never works
how sad is it –
that you would use –
someone’s loneliness –
as weapon?
it shows your spite
and lack of compassion
because –
when it comes to loneliness
you are a sufferer yourself
and because –
you are ashamed –
you attack somebody else
in your anger and hurt
never understanding people
or how they work
