I Will Write It Down If You Want

me,
i will write it down if you want
road signs,
road maps,
the palm of my hand
the small of my back

me,
change with the wind
become stronger with a spiritual friend
heartfelt,
i will write it down if you want
none of us –
can ever be what others want us to be
but then,
that is the beauty of reality

me,
the snake in the grass
the city bypass
put that trunk in the boat and set the task
