Life Moves On
life moves on
or at least, it starts to shift
the ashes are collected
and the days pass by
time moves on,
but for some it still hurts inside
eyes are sort of dried
and the pain becomes a constant
camped, deep down inside
memories are almost like a boat
something on which people sail away upon
something that can help them stay afloat
and photographs are everything
now they are gone
but there is constant pain
but still, life does move on
but somehow, it can never be the same
the randomness of this world
it feels like the logic of something insane
knowing that moving forwards is difficult
and that there is no cure for the pain
