Why Do You Not Work Properly?
why do you not work properly?
are you clockwork
perhaps with a bent key
are you mechanical
and perhaps you’ve gone rusty
are you remote control
but harbouring to be free
are your lies too warm
yet you’re captivated by a cold
why do you not work properly?
are you radio controlled
and when navigation is lost
to the the unseen field
do you wonder why you’re not the boss?
are you brick built
with a mind lost to deep deep silt
when did you stop listening
were you deafened by shame and guilt
