If Only I Had Known

i remember you all those years ago
no more then sixteen
and i look at you now
if only i had known then what i know now
i remember you all those years ago
when my head was such a mess
when i drunk too much and lacked self respect
if only i had know then what i know now
i would have crowned you queen
i would have opened a gate
one which open into the pastures of my dreams
i remember you all those years ago
i look at you now, haven’t you done well
i should have crowned you queen
but then i guess you already are
if only i had known then what i know now
