Crazy Fairground In Your Head
i don’t like you
if you offered an apology
i could start to feel different
if you actually took some responsibility –
for your life
i could start to feel different
i don’t like you
and that is harsh
i hoped for so much
but you tore me apart
although i know –
that is not what you intended to do
you didn’t say sorry
or take on board a word i said
there is a crazy fairground inside your head
i don’t really like you
and that hurts me too
although i know,
you just do not cope
if only you offered me your hands
instead of this swinging rope
if you understood,
just one tiny part of the hurt –
that you have caused
i might start to feel different
instead of feeling so bored
