A Place To Park
trying to find a place to park
a space in the stars
for when it gets dark
i wish i could make it better
write you a poem
or the worlds greatest letter
you know me,
hanging onto your every word
you have me flying
like the most graceful bird
trying to find a new way home
a space in the stars
a place where we do not feel alone
i wish i could take you there
write you a poem
dissect all your fear
take you out then take you home
there is no need,
for us to feel alone
trying to find a place to park
a space in the stars
