Populist Right Wing Groups

populist right wing groups
political parties
they canvas support
feed on fear
intellectual discussion about migration
replaced with a sneer
how did we come to this
such internal bickering
the bank is still open
elitism still flickering
it seems intellectual discussion –
has started withering
populists right wing groups
they always find a person,
a religion,
a group who they can blame
believe in sovereignty
and that more than borders
this country really needs a frame
last of the hopeful contenders
caught with their greedy plate
let’s socialise with socialists
and the left with little left
except their anger and hate
populist right wing groups
