Circuit Breaker

people,
rarely do they seems self aware
critical thinking,
the type of intelligence that they never wear
creativity,
always seems to run scared
this life,
it was always shared
but the mental health aspect
always appears to be going spare
just let me get to you,
and we can dismantle the fair
people,
rarely do they seem self aware
a catalog of diagnosis,
means each offers something new to wear
the cold,
it gets harder and harder to bear
and if we had a meeting,
would you pull up a chair
would you be the minute taker
hold on,
as i decide to crawl under the stairs
and i start to look for a circuit breaker
people,
rarely do they seem self aware
