How Will I Feel Tomorrow?
today, my well being felt more energetic
but my eyes were still down on the floor
tiredness,
still desperate to claw
but today, purpose had more intent
energy closer to eighty percent
but as the day flows,
that feeling, at best, it ebbs and flows
then, in the end, it just starts to go
and as the afternoon begins to fade,
it turns to an unremarkable grey
even now, my energy, it actually has little to say
my energy has decided to go away
how will i feel tomorrow,
well, at least it’s a brand new day
