Centre Star
star.
there in the universe
must be true
when it shines so bright
we are the few,
the centre of the world
it’s not us,
our importance is bust
and lollops from side to side
times is,
one thing i can’t abide
star,
centre star,
the universe stretched far and wide
and we are not the central point,
not by far,
just specks,
never the centre star
