Puzzle to Solve
i am not a silo but –
i keep myself to myself
running around –
is for everybody else
maybe that is a privilege
or maybe –
it’s that i value privacy
and maybe –
i am less convinced by the idea –
that we should all just share
and the idea of support
is not crystalised in one form of care
i am not a silo but –
when i move back –
and pull down the blinds
my better mental health
is much easier to find
and there is no guilt –
when it comes to looking after me
my internal engine –
cannot power multiple worlds
everyone and everything
is not a puzzle that needs to be solved
