I Shook You to See How Many Lies Fell Out

i pushed you –
to see what happens
i shook you –
to see how many –
lies fell out
that relationship breakdown
has left you in with a shout
but that self esteem –
that continues to leak
leaves you self centred
on the moors and looking bleak
i kicked the boundaries –
to see what would happen
and if the lies would stop
and if the lies would find retention
but you just play games –
what you you give –
is typically false –
and to think you one claimed –
to me you felt close
