I Am Open

i am open
a shop, a stop,
a lot
a place, a space
and here i am
look at you
do you understand
and here i am
i will,
‘spill the beans’
on the mental health scenes
i have no shame
and i will not be ashamed
i will speak about –
my well being
do you know,
if had such a cold
i would talk about how i feel
if i feel down or sad,
it is no less real
i am open
and you should believe that
i do not feel i lack strength
my mental wealth
a shop, a stop
have the lot
a place, a name
i do not feel shame
