All Through Your Life

all through your life
all through me
and on through the life
from birth to death
from one bed to another
all through your life
searching for cover
from overhead fire
all through your life
trying to climb higher
and onto something nice
all through the times
trying to run fast
not ever be blind
keep an eye on your shoelaces
making sure they are done up tight
just in case you trip up
all through your life
even when you have had enough
