Meeting a Close Friend

meeting a close friend
who find love in a teenage magazine
it was half a photo story
and half a dream
they wonder if it will end
because they cannot remember
where it all began
meeting a close friend
your number one fan
seeing a close friend
they hang out in the high street
they are quite hard to see
but so easy to meet
only half out of sight
lost in the daylight
but never too bright
and if you pay the medium
they are bound to say it is alright
