Wish

anytime you want
anything you need
you can wish with me
it may not be achieving much
you may say, wishing will always fail
but life can be such a struggle, so very much
i will do anything to make it better,
even believe in fairytales
anytime you want to ring, you can
anytime you need me, i am here, as i am
i cannot see no point in not wishing
i will do what i can
i will even wish for the touch of your hand
i know it will guide me through to where i want to be
anytime you want
you know you can with me
anytime you want to come round
you know i will keep back the hounds
the ones which bark when i am down
it must be the best, whatever we do
you can wish with me
can i wish with you?
