Nuts (Assume a Wrench)

do mistake emotional –
for fragility
or weakness
just because my face
is not a rock face
and my shell
is not so hard to crack
just because emotions
appear to easily unpack
do not mistake emotions –
for fragility
does it seem to you
that you spend your life
wondering if your feelings are true
and when it comes to displays
well.. should you?
once labeled
they book up the counselling
once seen
they breathe a sigh of relief
and suggest the counselling
as if our emotional being
has blocks, a, b and c
do mistake emotional –
for fragility
do not think, nuts, and assume a wrench
i would say emotional
comes with its own form of strength
