Internet Forums

i get lost –
sea of fakes
of those hung up –
strung up
and endlessly confused
those who feel –
that they have been used
that cannot dream
that life screwed them up
like paper in a bin
like a moment of clarity
which in these days of pointless war
are a rarity
i suddenly see people –
for what they are
the dead –
marching on the living
the loss of feeling
the taking and never gains
they are all in one place
hiding behind a connection –
in cyberspace
i get lost –
pull my coat tighter
and hurry back to reality
