Each Other

i want you to know how i feel
i am sure you do
i never told some people
they left me without the glue
and a search for faith
that so far removed from the steeple

i want you to know how i feel
i am sure that you do
you mean so much to me
it is only you
i never told one person
and she took the position as a school teacher
deciding to teach me a lesson

i want you know how i feel
that is more than words
it is more than gestures
it is about us,
about us being together
and being there for each other
