It Is Me (Not Them)

it is me
not them
i know,
i saw myself in a mirror
and the thought does not go

it is me
not them
i mean, they are harmful
but my damage
means i can plummet

i know,
they are a problem
but ultimately it is me
what to do
what to say

it is me
not them
i know, i know, i know
put it down to me
though they are not so slow
