Parents Dying
parents dying
it makes you feel, ‘old’
or perhaps,
it illustrates the process,
the perfectly natural process of aging
the one of constantly rearranging
or perhaps one,
that is constantly fading
it is amazing,
our lives have such reflections
in the fragility of single pane glazing
windows with views we cling to
parents dying,
makes you feel, ‘old’
or perhaps,
it reminds of the fragile mass
or perhaps,
it focuses you on your own mortality compass
maybe, parents dying
it just illustrates the process
the perfectly natural process of aging
we are all screens of flickering light
in the end, we will all be fading
