Some Malicious Touch (Originally Untitled) – Written August 1999 (Aged 24)

Some Malicious Touch

should talk to you today
should pick up the phone
but i do not have much to say
and i do not feel to alone
and that is what we do,
when the loneliness becomes too much
like a migraine or a pain in the head
we seek each other out just to touch
and then we jump back into bed
our dreams must be ill fed
we have fallen in and out of weird love
but always fallen back into bed
it seems no matter how much damage,
it is never enough
still we do much more to each other
it is like some compelling malicious touch
