Loving You is Too Much

loving you is too much
it has left me,
roadside and without a spare
it has evaporated my rationality
even if it has nourished my care
loving you is too much
it is a one way street
a closed road,
when i could be using my feet
i cannot keep on idolising you
putting other goddesses to one side
i have to try,
to move on and move forwards
i will never find the answer
and that tells me all i need to know
loving you is too much
it has left me,
floating without a tyre
it has turned on my taps
and let the emotions run fee my eyes
but they can never fill the empty gaps
