Socialism Has Become a Dirty Word

i realised that socialism –
has become a dirty word
like, ‘fuck’
but if there is a trend to buck
it is the pursuit of self
no greater good
just a, ‘fuck everybody else’
the people
scream for change
from the powerful people
for whom change is not an option
to be, ‘conservative’ –
is to preserve the order
it is class reproduction
i realise that capitalism –
has not become a dirty word
but nonetheless, we are, ‘fucked’
the marketisation of life
is followed by unofficial armies
it is hitler like
but no raised arms
just a shrug of the shoulders
and a frightening calm
we do need to mobilise somehow
but how, we need to find a solution
