Hate and Blame

hate and blame
comments,
and more comments,
heaped upon each other
we wear hate now
like a coat
we sink happiness
in case it floats
we fail our steady boat
let’s argue,
let’s throw stones
well,
just leave me alone
and now,
now i am over there
i have no heart for this
we spit our bile
and i am lost to it now
and will be for a while
spits and spats,
let’s see the stone crumble
let’s see the temples fall down
we wear this scar
upon our unhappy frown
