Shadows
shadows,
they cause so much strain
and yet,
some shadows remain
even under such constant rain
put us,
in this wooden frame
shadows,
they really exist
i know,
and i know when i am missed
i cannot live –
in the shadows –
as you seem to do
you look out of windows
and see the saddest view
shadows,
they tower over us
