She Comes and Goes
i do not feel like anyone at the moment
not until wounds have healed
and i have learnt that i must accept me
she comes and goes
as a gap that i cannot fill
but i know this is the only way
still, does not make the pain any less real
i do not feel the madness at the moment
i have done my bit
and had my fair share
but shake the people through the pain
and you find out who cares
people may think
that i am just waiting for the next corner
the next thing that comes along
but i am changing the record
i do not feel for this anymore
suddenly, as if by magic
being me and being with me
does not seem so bad anymore
