The Majority – Written March 2004 (Aged 29)

The Majority

so tired of pressure
and a friend said,
if normal is the majority
then when you are on your own
you are normal
and not alone
i really understand that
that just sums it up
so tired of pressure
from those around
those who demand so much
so much i cannot give
do i resign myself
or feel bad
if normal is the majority
then i will be on my own
and feel completely normal
letting my dreams roam
