Lovers to Friends
who truly knows
why it came to an end
why we stopped being lovers
and became distant friends
when shared dreams.
went their separate ways
wen conversation,
finally had nothing left to say
it is all in the past now
and somewhere behind
picking through memories
the ones i occasionally find
who truly knows
when it went undercover
when it came to an end
when the finally departed
from lovers to distant friends
