Just a Few More
everyday a few more tears fall
we were all young once
and the world was an adventure
the stresses and the strains
make us wary of the future
everyday a few more tears fall
a few more friends fall down
and a few more leave the ball
we were all young once
i know, i have seen the pictures
and i have the memories
and occasionally i drift off
and find myself all at sea
everyday a few more tears fall
there is no point in looking back
there is no chance it will get easier
i watch as the casualties mount up
i hand my head in my hands
it is all too much
everyday a few more tears fall
and it has got to the point
where we are facing solid brick walls
