Keep Some for Me

keep some for me
keep it for me
time is expensive
and, i need some for free
door can be hard to open
so, open one for me
keep some time
put it to one side
store it away for a rainy day
and when that day comes
we will know what to say
keep some time
in jars or maybe a safe
inside or outside
you must build a base
keep some time
keep it for me
i have a future
but do i have the time
that means i will make it mine
and find out who i can be
