Let’s Screw Ourselves Up

this is a journal of a man on the slide
of a person,
who never believed in himself
and did not want to include anyone else
they cared,
and they showed him they could share
i know that person, this is me
i am going to shout, let me out
you can take your world,
and take it back to god
that is your crutch, that is not mine
this world is broken, take it back
i do not much care for life
it is an uneasy relationship
let’s jump ship, let’s get out of here
let’s screw ourselves up, and let’s go mad
