Trembling Pearls – Written Between Tuesday 15th February 1994 and November 1994 (Aged 18/19)

Trembling Pearls

she wore, the most beautiful clothes
she wore of aura of brightness
her eyes were trembling pearls
and she grew up, far too quick
she was simply strange,
people fell in love
long before they knew her name
and she grew up all too quick
she told tales of being a psychic
and when she cried,
trembling pearls,
cascaded down her beautiful face
she combined with the shadows
but then, she had to but when needed,
she could always stand out
trembling pearls, trembling pearls
they cascaded down her beautiful face
