Take a Chance

you looked good
i was glad,
you needed to
it had been hard lately
just to go with the flow
but today,
you looked strong
just like you used too
just like,
the person i used to know
we could be good
we save an imaginary world
you can do whatever you want now
you are older than me
i guess you must have some idea –
of how things work
keep on dancing
keep on taking a chance
