Someone Just Like Us
you know i was so lost
i need to believe in something
so that i can understand
we all need that inspiration
i really think we all need to believe –
in someone or something
good or bad, happy or sad
it is the only way we can believe in things
we have got to think
there is someone out there
just like us
sharing or carrying the same pain
