We Made Each Other Rust
you were no good for me
strip away the naked
strip away the lust
you do not find polished metal
just a lot of rust
there is no comparison
and there can be no illusions
without you my life has improved
when i was with you
the cards always appeared to lose
you are not to blame
you just never bought out the best in me
i was the same for you
without each other we are better people
wants and needs
can be false wounds that falsely bleed
