Head to Toe
they feed on your life energy
thirsty,
they drink your emotions –
and anger,
so much rage
do they not know
we have all been here at some time
going head to toe
with all life has to throw
sympathy and compassion
it is easy to care
they rage about the mountain
but we are already here
with arms to bare
