Someone Settled Me Down

someone settled me down
and they said,
sometimes,
it is as good to miss someone
as it is,
to want to see someone
because,
to not have them there
you are left with your feelings
and you know, how much you care

you keep your individually
after all,
it is one of the reasons
why i fell in love with you anyway
i will be here
missing you most days
right now,
i miss you,
and as they said
it is as good to miss you
as it is to see you
