It Is a Good Life
It is a good life
when you know what you are doing,
even if you haven’t got direction.
It is all speculation
whether we know the point.
Life is a montage of nothing,
and it is difficult to spot the joins.
It is a good life
when you do not share it
with loneliness.
Maybe a contradiction in terms,
but when the mistakes happen,
it is us who learn.
James Garratt – 1993/1994
