We Need to Teach This
they are vulnerable
and there is –
unhealthy attraction –
attached to that
sat there as they are
‘big eyes and cute looks’
but it is power
and the pull of control
that is not the kind of want
you should ever hold
they are vulnerable
and despite –
the physical attraction
it is vulnerability
that acts as the magnet
that unhealthy point
when you sense a way in
and moments –
where you fall into –
each others confusion and chaos
they are vulnerable
and we,
as human beings
must not take comfort
from that emotional state
it is not the foundations
on which to build a steady state
or a life long tower
it is not predestined fate
it is just misunderstood power
