What Happen to the Dancing Dragons?

what happened –
to the dancing dragons?
did,
they just fly away
did they breathe fire –
as they flew
and climbed much higher

what happened –
to the dancing dragons?
did we find ourselves –
in atmospheric local taverns –
drinking from wood lined flagon’s
did we make our way home
on the back of wood lined wagons?

what happened –
to the dancing dragons?
and,
did they just fly away
off to a dragon like hideaway
did they guard unsaid treasure
with fiery menace
and dragon like pleasure

what happened to –
the dancing dragons?
