Separation Effect – Written Saturday 24th December 2011 (Aged 36)

Separation Effect

strangely,
i feel mellow
i hear voices around me
but they never settle
they sound different
connected,
but to different paths
and different concepts

my anger,
it just lies low
and my eyes
are searching for a glow

people,
as we are –
are always consumed –
by the lack of things
never the size of the room
i read versions –
of other peoples stresses and strains
but it is like being indoors
and watching the rain
