Emotions More Able

this week has been better
more stable
emotions more able
i am more capable
life much more arable

this week has changed gear
by and large
with the clutch engaged
but there is a long way to go
and i mean to be plural
nothing is comparable
but i am feeling amenable

this week feels stronger
i hurt, i hurt, i hurt
i know, i have said it before
but in away i have been released
the space and loss
it will always be there
and i am accepting that
i am dealing with it
and that does start,
it starts to make things easier
