Life of Riley
behind the faces
the smiles –
behind the clothes
and,
the personality expressed
wearing suits
or just a dress
we are all people
with our needs
we are not so different
in how we bleed
the front is there
from the risqué joke
to the loving stare
from one in a million
to nothing else compares
tell me now
what would you rather share
because the life of riley
is how we part our hair
do we do this for very long
here for just a moment
and then, then we are gone
