War and Revolution – Written Thursday 3rd June 2003 (Aged 28)

War and Revolution

the only revolution –
that i have truly believed in –
is the one to change me
overthrow my irrational side
curb my insanity
put a curfew on self destruction
and find some life sobriety

the only war –
that i have truly believed in –
is the war in me
i do not know if it is good and evil
but just set this free
stop my internal fighting
and find some peace and harmony
