Saturday’s Child
saturday’s child sits by the widow
the time is ten o’clock
and they wait by the window
as if time itself will actually stop
saturday dad might just turn up
a measure of time,
a measure of love
saturday’s child sits by the window
saturday’s child is full of love and care
and they wait for saturday dad
but i wonder, are they still there?
