Fingers and Toes
i weighed up the pros and cons
and i looked at my life,
work suffering,
home life sufferings,
and then,
i walked into the living room
and i sat down counting,
how many times we had started again
but i ran out of fingers and toes
and i weighed up the pros and cons
i know you play the victim
but i have to remind you,
you are the aggressor
and you are the one,
who set themselves up as my assessor
without knowing a thing about me
i knew i had to let it go
without out you ever change
any wind that might just blow
it seems there is only one option left
and it looks like i simply have to go
