Flaws
my flaws,
and my mental health –
speaks much louder –
than anything else
you know,
i cannot turn the volume down
it is a constant sound
it speaks loud and clear
and i know,
the brutality of internal fears
my flaws,
make everything clear
and i cannot ignore that
i know that my mental health
presents some sobering facts
and self awareness –
is something i can never afford to lack
and i am sure,
that i know all of my flaws
as i make my way through life
gazing at emotional sores
